Experiment: Wrap Bracelet with stone beads

Another experiment for wrap bracelet for my personal use. This time I used some gem stone beads for them. The first time I'm using gem stone beads which was quite expensive material that I've ever bought for only beads! The weaving of the beads to me a lot of time & I need to bead one by one those 4mm beads while weaving on the cord. For 4 wrap bracelet took me nearly 2 days to complete! Really tedious to make except you have the patient. Yeah, I was crazy with these wrap bracelet that's why I do it! LOL. Anyway here's the outcome:

Blue Agate gemstone beads combined with some purple glass beads & metal beads, wrap on blue cotton cord & a flower design button for the fastener.

Black Agate gemstone beads combined with some brown glass beads, silver & gunmetal metal beads, wrap on black cotton cord & a vintage flower design button as the fastener.

This one is wrap with white Howlite gemstone beads on a black cotton cord & plastic resin button for the fastener. Just love the natural black cracks on the beads.

This is how they look like when I wear them!
Just love them that I wear each of them alternately to work! =P
What do you think? =)

Experiment: Cord bracelet!

An experiment making some simple adjustable cord bracelet for personal collection:

Adjustable cotton cord bracelet with some rusty gold beads & donut Jade given by Mikko. I was thinking of wearing the Jade, so this is the best way to wear it as I like bracelet compare to necklace =)

A simple design cord bracelet with a gold unique button for fastening. Some of my friend even called it prosperity as the colour red & gold =)

I'm crazy about bracelet now! XD

Experiment: My First Wrap Bracelet

I love bracelets. I love Chan Lulu's gorgeous wrap bracelet which also inspired me to make my own wrap bracelet! This is my first attempt to make a wrap bracelet of my own using imitation leather cord & metal chain. Check it out:

Tadaaa~ I used one of my favorite metal button for the fastener. I just managed to make a 2 wrap bracelet with my available imitation leather cord.

This is how the wrap bracelet look like when I wear it. It's becoming one of my fav accessories.
I will try to make more with different materials & more wraps when I managed to get the supplies.
What do you think about my new wrap bracelet? =)

Bracelets!

I rarely get orders for my crochet bracelet & this is one of them =). This is ordered by Noorwalis. She bought one of my ready made black bracelet & requested & yellow+beige bracelet with hook for fastening (like here). Here's some snapshot of the bracelets:

Got the news that the bracelets has arrived safely! Hope that she likes it. =)

My (not so) New Beaded Bracelet

This bracelet I've made just before the 8TV Quickie show quite sometime ago. Maybe it's not that obvious but I wore it on the show =).

I used some antique coloured beads which are kinda hard to find. I did went back to the same shop to purchase more but unfortunately they are out of stock. I just love the beads!

Nature themed Bracelet & Ring

An interesting order from Lina for her university dinner which doing a nature theme. She ordered a green ring with the flower button (remake from my previous post) & a green based bracelet with yellow beads & red edging. Here's her order:

The bracelet does look like a colourful caterpillar, don't u think so?
Hope she'll enjoy her nature theme dinner wearing MFK! =)!

Crochet Beaded Bracelet

An order by a work colleague Azimah for her niece who loves bracelet & a friend in USA for her birthday. She wanted the same design as my previous bracelet. Luckily I still have the same type of yarn available. So here's the bracelet:

Hope that both of the girls will love the bracelet. Thanks Azimah for the order =)

First attempt on crochet wire

Last week I've stumbled upon some craft copper wires in a sewing shop. I bought some electric blue colour copper wire just to try the wire crochet which I wanted to try recently. I tried to make a bracelet using the wire + bugle beads with a simply pattern that I just made it up myself. So here's the outcome:

I've used the crochet with beads technique that I've used with my yarn  bracelet. Didn't really know how to end the wire so I just twisted it into clumps to make a ball for the fastener. I think I need more practice to make the loop more nicer =)

Crochet Style Bracelet - Blue + Grey + Hook

Last week I managed to learn several new type of stitches from The Crochet Side's YouTube tuts. One of it was the Wattle stitch which combines ch, sc & dc stitches.
I made a new design bracelet using the stitch. A blue base with grey edging. In addition, I took out my pliers & finish it with my extra metal accessories rings & hook (left over from Japan stash) to fasten the bracelet.
Here's the new bracelet with the new stitch:

Kinda love the texture of the stitch. That's why I just made it a plain design.
Another new design from me :)

Crochet Style Bracelet - Light Yellow + Light Brown + Beads

I designed a new bracelet on Tuesday as Aishah asked whether I have a yellow one for one of her friend. So I just tried to make one with my only yellow yarn available. Crochet the bracelet with a yellow yarn using beading method (bead the yarn before crochet). Used the normal sc stitch with light brown yarn for the edging & a metal button for fasten. It's a sweeter version compare my previous design as the yarn are less thicker.
So here's the new bracelet:
I just love creating new stuff! :) What do you think about this design?

Sold to Aishah. Hope Aishah's friend will like it. Thanks!

Now Crochet Bracelets are available in Shop!
